Since 1976, Canadian Magen David Adom for Israel (CMDA) has stood as the sole authorized fundraising organization in Canada committed to supporting the vital and life saving work of Magen David Adom (MDA) in Israel. From the very beginning, CMDA has been dedicated to providing ambulances, medical equipment, emergency supplies, and blood testing kits, essential tools that help save lives every single day across Israel.

Every ambulance on the road, every defibrillator in the field, and every critical supply delivered has been made possible thanks to the unwavering generosity of people like you. CMDA receives no government funding and relies entirely on the compassion and commitment of Canadian donors to continue its work.

With its Head Office based in Montreal and active Chapters operating in major cities across the country, CMDA is more than an organization. It is a national community bound by a shared purpose. This coast to coast support network helps power the efforts of over 14,000 highly trained MDA volunteers and a dedicated team of full-time professionals who serve on the front lines of emergency response in Israel.

Whether it is responding to medical emergencies, supporting victims of terror, or managing large scale national crises, MDA’s impact is immediate and far reaching.
